When the therapist needs to discuss a case with a qualified supervisor from The National Hypnotherapy Society or The National Counselling Society. I understand this is standard practice and enables the therapist to provide the best possible treatment. I understand that both the therapist and the supervisor are bound by the codes of ethics and confidentiality of the above organisations.
If there is evidence of clear and imminent danger of harm to self and/or others, then the therapist reserves the right seek appropriate advice.
In the event of a criminal act being committed, the therapist is bound by law to seek the appropriate advice.
We undertake to keep all of your personal details confidential and will not sell or provide any of your personal information to any third parties unless required to do so by law.
By personal information, we mean your name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, marital status and number of children. Your personal details will be stored securely and in compliance with the current legislation.
